Publicity
Volunteers Needed: Up to 20
Media: postering, Facebook, TV, Radio, possibly tabling, group presentations

Education
Volunteers Needed: TBD by Coordinators
Hold an education event prior to the walk, prepare materials for distribution, or website

Set-up
Volunteers Needed: 15-25
Set-up chairs, tables, etc.
(10:00 - 11:00am)

Parking Guides
Volunteers Needed: 10-20
Provide parking directions as people come into campus, wave them in the right direction, welcome them to campus
(12:00pm - 2:15pm)

Crossing Guards
Volunteers Needed: 12-20
Watch for people having trouble, make sure all roadways are safely crossed and First Aid is given if needed
(11:15 until end)

Registration
Volunteers Needed: Up to 22
Handle envelopes - training on site by CHOW
(12:00pm - 2:00pm)

Entertainers
Volunteers Needed: 5 acts plus bagpipes
(10 - 15 min time slots)

Marshalls
Volunteers Needed: Up to 8
2 needed to lead walk, 2-4 at intervals throughout the crowd, 2 to bring up the rear
(Report at 1:00pm)

Clean-up
Volunteers Needed: As many as wish to help, up to 30
(Report between 3:00-3:30pm)
